Find it hard to stick to your training regime? Of course it’s not easy to stick to a training regime, firstly, you need to have the will to do it before anything, then comes the strategy, try setting yourself goals, goal-setting is one the best ways to achieve anything. Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals, this way your achievements are being recorded, this will encourage you to proceed and achieve your dream.

Humans are creatures of habit and you will find that you can form a habit out of almost anything, so why not form a habit out of training? Stick at your regime for at least 4 weeks and see what happens, after all what do you have to lose?
