Stretching

Do you stretch your hard worked muscles? Well there are many benefits to doing this, including:

1) Increased flexibility and better range of motion of your joints,
2) Improved circulation,
3) Stress relief,
4) Enhanced co-ordination,
5) Better posture,
6) Injury prevention,

It is a good idea to include a stretching routine at the end of your workouts as part of your cool down, if you participate in a certain sport then it is important to stretch the muscles that are regularly used in that particular sport. If you cannot stretch at the beginning of your workout then warm up a little more slowly.

Try and hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds, ask your gym instructor for the best stretches for each body part and include this in your workout and feel the difference!!!
