Without good nutrition exercise will be affected. It may seem an obvious statement, however, it an important aspect of a training regime that is commonly neglected.
Eating the right diet is essential, without which performance will be affected, also, you may feel run down and lethargic.
Depending on the standard you participate, a relative diet should be followed. A nutritionist could be consulted if necessary or a gym instructor in your gym could be a start.
