Cardio Training

There are many forms of cardio training, including, running, aerobics, swimming, dancing, boxercise and many more. One is spoilt for choice when it comes to cardio training, so why not pick your favourite type of exercise and find a health centre or gymnasium that offers it?

If you haven't trained before and are medically ok to begin an exercise program, start with one visit a week to your chosen cardio session and slowly build it up over time. Humans are creatures of habit so your goal should be to establish your new exercise session as a new habit and before you know it you will be on your way to the new look you! (Always get medical advice before starting a physical training program).
