Running

Running is one of the most difficult of activities, however, it is great for your fitness and helps burn fat (If that is your intention). If you haven't ran before it is better to start with a short run once in the week then build it up over several weeks.
If you are looking to lose fat then a slow run is better, if you run for sport then depending on your sport a faster run together with sprints is excellent. Running is a good all round exercise so it is good to include it into your routine.
If you have any medical problems then always consult a doctor before embarking on a new fitness routine.
