Creating a Habit

Most athletes or gym goers have created a habit out of working out. Most of the time they are not aware thay have done this. Working out can only be a good habit so it will not harm you to create this habit!
Humans are creatures of habit and if you do something consistently for approx 3 weeks then you will create a habit out of it. It can be difficult to create a habit out of working out, especially for those of us who are not used to working out. However, if you stick to it for 3 weeks you will find that suddenly, the amount of effort needed to get youself to the gym has diminished and your subconscious mind has taken over and got you there itself! Try it and see for yourself!
