New Year resolution

The new year offers you an opportunity to begin a new training regime. If you keep putting your new training regime off and have not been able to set a date for when you intend on beginning your new training regime then now is the time to do it.

You need to set yourself out a plan, design a workout plan or get your fitness instructor to do this for you. Set the date when you wish to start, a good one would be the first week in the new year. Then set out some goals that you would like to attain, make these goals weekly, monthly and then 6 monthly. This will keep you on track and will help you achieve your goal.

So plan now and make sure 2008 is the year you achieve that body you have always wanted!
