Hanki Sports Returns Policy

1. Refunds will be offered if the products are returned without the seal being broken (subject to clause2).

2. If a product is opened and taste or contents are
not as appears on label, then a refund will be offered if products are returned with just one to three scoops taken or 1 to three tablets taken. Out of date products will not be refunded.

3.If the fault does not lie with Hanki Sport, a £5 fee to cover postage and packing will be deducted from all refunds.

4.Any products that are returned automatically because they're not collected will be subject to a re-stocking and re-sending surcharge. This applies to orders refused on delivery, wrong orders, change of mind or receive a doctors advice not to take the product (please check with your doctor before ordering).

5. Refunds will only be given on products received by us within 40 days from delivery date. Full packaging contents should be contained within.

6. Exchanges will be offered once only.Refunds can only be given for products received by us within 40 days from receipt of order and only if we have the packaging and any remaining content returned to us.

7. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns. We therefore recommend you send your goods back via a recorded, special or proof of delivery service.
